摘  要:目的初步调查郑州市居民室内氡浓度水平和分布特征。方法2021年选择郑州市不同行政区的普通楼房和高层楼房住宅119户,采用固体核径迹探测器累积测量室内氡浓度,测量时间为3个月。结果郑州市室内氡浓度平均值为53.6 Bq/m^(3),范围10.9~244.9 Bq/m^(3)。钢筋混凝土结构的房屋室内氡浓度均值(55.1±46.7)Bq/m^(3),与砖混结构的房屋室内氡浓度均值(47.1±43.6)Bq/m^(3)比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.840,P>0.05);普通楼房室内氡浓度均值(46.8±49.2)Bq/m^(3),与高层楼房室内氡浓度均值(58.2±40.5)Bq/m^(3)比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.440,P>0.05)。不同建筑年代(1980-1989年、1990-1999年、2000-2010年和2010年以后)房屋室内氡浓度分别为29.2(22.9,42.9)、37.2(26.4,49.9)、43.5(27.5,95.4)和40.7(27.4,52.1)Bq/m^(3)。结论近20年郑州市居民室内氡浓度小于国家标准限值,建议继续完善建材放射性标准,加强房屋的自然通风,以降低室内氡的健康影响。Objective To investigate the levels and distribution of radon in dwellings in Zhengzhou city.Methods A total of 119 dwellings including ordinary buildings and high-rise buildings were selected.Indoor radon concentrations were measured by solid track detector for 3 months in 2021.Results The average indoor radon concentrations in Zhengzhou were 53.6 Bq/m^(3) ranging from 10.9 to 244.9 Bq/m^(3).There was no significant difference of the indoor radon concentration between the buildings with reinforced concrete structure and brick-concrete structures,which were 55.1±46.7 and 47.1±43.6,respectively(t=0.840,P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the average indoor radon concentration in ordinary buildings and highrise buildings,which were 46.8±49.2 and 58.2±40.5,respectively(t=1.440,P>0.05).There were differences of indoor radon concentrations among buildings with different construction years(1980-1989,1990-1999.2000-2010 and after 2010),with median and interquartile ranges of 29.2(22.9,42.9),37.2(26.4,49.9),43.5(27.5,95.4),40.7(27.4,52.1)Bq/m^(3),respectively.Conclusions The average indoor radon concentration in Zhengzhou is lower than the national standard limit.It is suggested that the radioactive standard of building materials should be improved and the natural ventilation of buildings should be strengthened to reduce the indoor radon impact on health.
