摘 要:目的了解河南省濮阳市宿主蛙类和居民曼氏裂头蚴的感染状况,及居民对裂头蚴病的认知和健康行为情况,为裂头蚴病防控提供科学依据。方法2022年选择濮阳市濮阳县为调查点,调查野生青蛙和市售牛蛙裂头蚴感染状况,并随机抽取150名居民进行曼氏裂头蚴血清学检测和问卷调查。结果调查蛙类57只,曼氏裂头蚴总感染率为1.75%(1/57),其中野生青蛙感染率为2.13%(1/47),感染度为3.00条/只,市售牛蛙未发现裂头蚴感染,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。居民血清曼氏裂头蚴IgG抗体均为阴性,裂头蚴病知识总知晓率为48.51%,健康行为正确率为86.53%,97.33%居民无任何相关症状。结论濮阳市蛙类曼氏裂头蚴感染率较低,市售牛蛙和居民暂未发现感染,但居民健康知识知晓率较低,需加强健康教育等措施,做好裂头蚴病防控工作。Objective To understand the infection status of sparganum mansoni in the host frogs and residents of Puyang,and the residents'knowledge and health behaviors about sparganosis mansoni,so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of sparganosis.Methods Puyang county in the Puyang city was selected as site for investigating the infection status of sparganum mansoni in wild frogs and commercially available bullfrogs,and 150 residents were randomly selected for serological detection and questionnaire interviewing in 2022.Results In total,57 frogs were detected,and infection rate of spargana mansoni was 1.75%(1/57).The infection rate in wild frogs was 2.13%(1/47),and infection level was 3 per frog.No sparganum mansoni infection was found in commercially available bullfrogs.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).The sera collected from residents were all negative for IgG antibody against sparganum mansoni.The overall awareness rate of sparganosis knowledge was 48.78%,the correct rate of healthy behavior was 86.53%,and 97.33%of residents had no related symptoms.Conclusions The infection of sparganum mansoni exists in the wild frogs in Puyang,but it is relatively low,and no infections have been found in the commercially available bullfrogs and residents.However,the awareness rate is generally low.Health Education and other measures should be strengthened to prevent and control sparganosis.
