摘　　要：辽宁省地方标准DB21/T 3412—2021《镁质耐火材料行业大气污染物排放清单编制技术指南》的发布实施,可以帮助环境监测和其他有关部门更好地了解该地区和局部地区的镁质耐火材料生产中的污染物排放量及污染特点,从而制定相应的空气质量改进措施。本文对标准中的主要技术内容进行解读,旨在推动该标准在全省范围内有效实施。The release and implementation of the local standard DB21/T 3412—2021 Technical guidelines for compiling atmospheric pollutant emission inventory in the magnesium refractory industry in Liaoning Province can help environmental monitoring and other relevant departments better understand the pollution emissions and characteristics in the production of magnesium refractory materials in the region and local areas,and thus formulate corresponding air quality improvement measures.This article interprets the main technical content of the standard,aiming to promote its effective implementation throughout the province.
