摘  要:为了检测染色类医用口罩中可能存在的致癌芳香物,建立了气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱测定20种芳香胺的分析方法。染色类医用口罩中的偶氮染料在(70±2)℃经预处理后还原为芳香胺,向反应器中加入10 mL的2,4,5-三氯苯胺内标工作溶液,振摇10 min,再加入1 g无水硫酸钠除水,取上层清液过0.45μm滤膜,以气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS),在多反应离子监测(MRM)模式下检测,以内标法定量。目标物在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9965),在1.0、5.0、10.0μg/L三个加标水平下的回收率为90.94%~110.96%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.1%~5.6%,检出限(LOD)为3.66×10^(-5)~1.00×10^(-1)mg/kg,定量下限(LOQ)为1.22×10^(-4)~1.00 mg/kg。该方法简便快捷,灵敏度高,可用于染色类医用口罩中芳香胺的快速检测。In order to detect possible carcinogenic aromatizations in medical masks,An analytical method for the determination of 24aromatic amines by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry was established.The azo dye in the stained medical mask was reduced to aromatic amine after pretreatment at(70 ± 2) ° C,and 10 mL of 2,4,5-trichloroaniline internal standard working solution was added to the reactor,shaken for 10 min,and then 1 g of anhydrous sodium sulfate was added to remove water,the upper superna-tant was taken over a 0.45 μm filter membrane,and the gas chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS) was added to the reactor,detected in multi-reactive ion monitoring(MRM) mode,and the internal standard was measured.The targets have a good linear relationship(r0.9965) in their respective concentration ranges,recoveries of 90.94%~110.96% at 1.0,5.0,10.0 μg/L levels,and the RSD is 0.1%~5.6%,detection limits(LOD) is 3.66×10~(-5)~1.00×10~(-1)mg/kg,and lower quantitative limits(LOQ) is 1.22×10~(-4)~1.00 mg/kg.This method is simple and fast,high sensitivity,can be used for the rapid detection of aromatic amines in dyed medical masks.
