摘 要:针对某电炉钢厂为降低含镍钢种生产成本,采用含镍生铁替代电解镍,分析了含镍生铁使用方式、镍的回收率、对脱磷及脱硫的影响等。实践表明,含镍生铁在电炉冶炼开始前随废钢一起加入,提高电炉冶炼钢水残余镍含量,磷、硫可在电炉冶炼和LF精炼环节去除,在精炼工序使用电解镍调整镍成分,该使用方案可行。按照每炉使用5 t含镍生铁,镍元素回收率99.28%,吨钢可节约成本168元/t,经济效益显著可以推广使用。In order to reduce the production cost of nickel containing steel grades in a certain electric furnace steel plant,nickel containing pig iron was used to replace electrolytic nickel.The usage of nickel containing pig iron,nickel recovery rate,and the impact on dephosphorization and desulfurization were analyzed.The practice shows that nickel bearing pig iron is added together with scrap steel before the start of electric furnace smelting to increase the residual nickel content of molten steel in electric furnace smelting.Phosphorus and sulfur can be removed in electric furnace smelting and LF refining.Electrolytic nickel is used to adjust nickel composition in refining process,which is feasible.If 5 tons of nickel containing pig iron are used per furnace,the nickel element recovery rate is 99.28%,and the cost per ton of steel can be saved by 168 yuan/ton,which can be widely used with significant economic benefits.
