摘  要:电极是锰硅合金交流矿热炉重要组成部分,对炉内炉料的冶炼效率影响至关重要。为了探究锰硅合金交流矿热炉最佳电极参数,建立炉料升温和稳定熔炼阶段三维有限元模型,探究不同电极直径、极心圆直径和电极插入深度对两个阶段温度场的影响。结果表明:矿热炉内电极端部熔池区域温度最高,随着冶炼时间增加,熔池区域增加。在升温阶段,电极直径、极心圆直径和电极插入炉料深度的选取不同炉内平均温度也不一样。电极直径1600 mm、极心圆直径4400mm和电极插入深度2800mm时,炉内平均温度最高。在稳定熔炼阶段,随着电极插入深度改变,炉内熔池区域体积也发生改变,插入深度2800 mm时,熔池反应区体积最大,占整个炉膛体积的44.35%。电极参数不同使炉内平均温度发生改变,影响冶炼质量及效率。Electrode is an important part of ferromanganese-silicon AC submerged arc furnace,which is very important to the smelting efficiency of furnace charge.In order to explore the optimal electrode parameters of the ferromanganese-silicon AC submerged arc furnace,a three-dimensional finite element model was respectively established in the heating stage and stable melting stage of the furnace charge,to explore the influence of different electrode diameters,electrode circle diameters and electrode immersion depths on the temperature field in the two stages.The results show that the temperature of the molten pool at the end of the electrode in the submerged arc furnace is the highest,and the molten pool area increases with the increase of smelting time.During the heating stage,the selection of electrode diameter,polar center diameter and electrode immersion depth into the furnace charge varies depending on the average temperature inside the furnace.The average temperature in the furnace is the highest when the electrode diameter is 1600 mm,the electrode circle diameter is 4400 mm and the electrode immersion depth is 2800 mm.In the stable melting stage,the volume of the molten pool in the furnace also changes with the change of the electrode immersion depth.When the immersion depth is 2800 mm,the volume of the molten pool reaction zone is the largest,accounting for 44.35%of the whole furnace volume.The difference of electrode parameters changes the average temperature in the furnace and affects the smelting quality and efficiency.
