摘  要:在硅铁浇铸工艺段,锭模的使用量大,损坏率高,成为制约生产成本的重要环节,针对锭模浇铸过程中的温度变化情况,本文采用有限元方法对不同结构的锭模浇铸过程进行了温度场模拟。计算结果表明,在相同浇铸厚度的条件下,梯形锭模峰值温度最低,组合式锭模峰值温度最高,同时锭模的不同部位存在不同的温度变化速率;随着硅铁浇铸厚度增加,硅铁的冷却速率迅速降低,当浇铸厚度为80 mm时,浇铸后5 min内硅铁冷却速率为147℃/min,当浇铸厚度增加至120 mm时,冷却速率降低至86℃/min,浇铸厚度对硅铁冷却速率影响明显。分析结果为锭模的结构设计和浇铸工艺参数的优化提供理论指导。In the ferrosilicon casting process,the large usage and high damage rate of ingot molds have become an important part of restricting the production cost.In view of the temperature change during the ingot mold casting process,the paper adopts the finite element method to analyze the ingot mold casting process of different structures.A temperature field simulation was carried out.The calculation results show that under the condition of the same casting thickness,the peak temperature of the trapezoidal ingot mold is the lowest,while that of the combined ingot mold is the highest.At the same time,different parts of the ingot mold have different temperature change rates;as the casting thickness of ferrosilicon increases,the cooling rate of ferrosilicon decreases rapidly.When the casting thickness is 80mm,the cooling rate of ferrosilicon within 5 minutes after casting is 147℃/min;when the casting thickness increases to 120 mm,the cooling rate decreases to 86℃/min.The casting thickness has a significant effect on the cooling rate of ferrosilicon.The analysis results provide theoretical guidance for the structural design of the ingot mold and the optimization of the casting process.
