摘　　要：目的构建全面、细化的助产方向专业学位研究生临床实践基地评价指标体系,促进助产方向专业学位研究生临床实践基地建设。方法以建构主义和教育目标分类理论为基础,结合文献分析法、德尔菲法并利用层次分析法进行指标条目的筛选。结果选取从事助产护理、护理管理、护理教育的27名专家进行两轮咨询,两轮函询专家的积极系数分别为84.38%和74.07%,专家意见的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.230和0.297(均P<0.001),构建了包含一级指标5项、二级指标14项和三级指标76项的助产方向专业学位研究生临床实践基地评价指标体系。结论本研究通过多种研究方法,构建科学、可靠的临床实践基地评价指标,可为助产方向MNS研究生临床实践基地的遴选及内涵建设提供参考。Objectivec To develope a comprehensive evaluation index system for the centres of clinical training for postgraduates in midwifery nursing specialists(MNS)so as to promote the future establishment of clinical training centres for MNS in China.Methods Constructivism and classification theory of educational objectives were used as the theoretical basis.Literature reviews were carried out to establish the index system by using Delphi method and hierarchical analysis.Results Twenty-seven experts specialised in clinical nursing,nursing management and nursing education were invited for 2 rounds of consultations.Positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 84.38%and 74.07%,and the Kendall’s harmony coefficients of expert opinions were 0.230 and 0.297(both P<0.001).The index system that consisted 5 primary indicators,14 secondary indicators and 76 tertiary indicators was established.Conclusions The development of an evaluation index system for centres of clinical training has gone through a variety of research methods.The evaluation index system is scientific and reliable.It can be applied as a tool to select and internally establish a clinical training centre for MNS postgraduates in midwifery.
