摘  要:建构中国行政学自主知识体系,要善于融通古今中外各种资源。中国传统思想史中的“通三统”理念,为探讨中国行政学自主知识体系建构的理论资源提供了一个可资借鉴的方法论。当代中国行政学自恢复重建以来,汇聚了三种渊源各异的传统。中国悠久绵长的大国治理传统,有助于理解当代中国行政学深厚的“中国”底蕴。当代中国行政学始终坚持以马克思主义为指导,体现中国特色社会主义的必然要求,彰显了以人民为中心的治理理念。当代西方行政学特别是美国行政学的发展之路,给予中国行政学以知识体系建构的启迪与镜鉴。三种传统融会贯通,共同构成中国行政学自主知识体系建构的理论资源。To build an independent knowledge system of Chinese administrative science,we should be good at integrating all kinds of resources at home and abroad.The concept of"trinity of three traditions"in the history of traditional Chinese thought provides a methodology for reference to explore the theoretical resources of the construction of indigenous knowledge system of Chinese public administration.Three different"traditions"can be clearly identified in the reconstruction of Chinese public administration:first,the tradition of governance accumulated in the development of China as a great nation for thousands of years,which has built up the"Chinese"background of Chinese public administration;second,the"socialist"tradition originated from Marxism,which endows Chinese public administration a distinctive"people-centered"character;thirdly,the"Western"tradition of contemporary public administration,which provides Chinese public administration a mirror of knowledge system construction.These three kinds of traditions with different origins,which are constantly colliding and merging in the Chinese practices of governance,have jointly constructed the theoretical resources for the development of public administration.
