摘 要:商务英语谈判通常可以被视为一种特殊的跨文化交际活动,在商务英语沟通中处于重要地位。在对所涉及的相关跨文化交际情境的信息处理中文化规约起着重要作用,谈判双方需要结合相应的特定语言、社会背景和人际关系等因素,对彼此的言语行为进行分析并理解其内涵,从而采取相应策略。该研究从语用角度对商务英语谈判中的言语行为进行探讨。在这一过程中,需要重视在语用视角下审视商务英语谈判中的文化规约现象并采取相应的策略,以避免在这种特殊的跨文化交际中可能会出现的交际障碍,从而有效的进行商务沟通,促成国际商务英语谈判的成功。Business English negotiation can be regardedas a special cross-cultural communication,which plays an important role in business English communication.Cultural conventions play an important role in the information processing of the relevant cross-cultural communication situations involved.The negotiators need to analyze each other’s speech acts and understand theimplication in combination with the corresponding specific language,social background,interpersonal relationship and other factorsso as to adopt corresponding strategies.In this research,the enquiry is made into speech acts in business English negotiations from a pragmatic perspective.In this process,it is necessary to pay attention to the cultural conventions from the pragmatic perspective and adopt the corresponding strategies in order to avoid the possible communication obstacles in the special cross-cultural communication of business English negotiation for the purpose of effectively carrying out business communication and promoting the success of international business English negotiation.
