摘　　要：目的分析黄芪桂枝五物汤外洗法治疗化疗后末梢神经炎的疗效。方法选取2021年1月-2022年5月黑龙江省医院收治的60例化疗后末梢神经炎患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分入中药外洗组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组患者给予常规治疗及维生素治疗,中药外洗组患者在对照组的基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤外洗法治疗。比较两组患者总体疗效和治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平改善情况。结果中药外洗组患者总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平和疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平和疼痛评分均较干预前明显下降,且中药外洗组患者血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平和疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤外洗法治疗化疗后末梢神经炎具有良好的疗效,能有效改善机体炎症状况,降低疼痛程度,提高患者的总体治疗效果,是一种安全高效的治疗方式。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy.Methods From January 2021 to May 2022,60 patients with peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy who were treated in Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital grouping method:the external washing group with traditional Chinese medicine(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group patients were given routine treatment and vitamin treatment,and the external washing group patients were treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Compare the overall effi cacy,visual analog scale(VAS),and serum interleukin-1 of the two groups of patients before and after treatmentβ(IL-1β),Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)Level improvement.Results The total eff ective rate of patients in the external washing group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no signifi cant diff erence in serum IL-1β,TNF-αlevels and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,serum IL-1β、TNF-αand pain scores were signifi cantly decreased(P<0.05),with a signifi cant diff erence compared to before intervention(P<0.05),and the serum IL-1β,TNF-αof patients in the external washing group of traditional Chinese medicine was also signifi cantly decreased(P<0.05).The decrease in pain scores was signifi cantly greater in the control group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has a good therapeutic eff ect on peripheral neuritis after chemotherapy,which can eff ectively improve the infl ammatory status of the body,reduce the degree of pain,and improve the overall treatment eff ect of patients.It is a safe and effi cient treatment method.
