银黄可溶性粉对奶牛隐性乳房炎的治疗作用

摘　　要：探究银黄可溶性粉对奶牛隐形乳房炎的临床治疗作用,通过不同剂量银黄可溶性粉治疗效果观察,确定银黄可溶性粉最佳治疗剂量。对患有隐性乳房炎的奶牛用不同剂量银黄可溶性粉和万乳康做对比治疗,综合评价患病奶牛的兰州乳房炎试验(Lanzhou mastitis test,LMT)检测结果、体细胞数、pH、抑菌效果。结果显示,每头牛每天15 g,连续使用7 d,银黄可溶性粉可明显降低LMT评价积分,显著降低乳汁中体细胞数、pH,显著提高患病乳区的治愈率,对隐形乳房炎常见致病菌有普遍抑制作用。说明银黄可溶性粉对奶牛隐性乳房炎具有较好治疗效果,推荐临床使用剂量为每头牛每天15 g,连续使用7 d。To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Yinhuang soluble powder on recessive mastitis of dairy cows,the optimal therapeutic dose of Yinhuang soluble powder was determined by observing the therapeutic effect of different doses of Yinhuang soluble powder.The results of Lanzhou mastitis test(LMT),somatic cell count,pH and bacteriostatic effect of different doses of Yinhuang soluble powder and Wanrukang were compared in the treatment of cows with recessive mastitis.The results showed that Yinhuang soluble powder could significantly reduce the evaluation score of LMT,reduce the somatic cell count and pH in milk,significantly improve the effective rate and cure rate in the affected milk area,and generally inhibit the common pathogenic bacteria of recessive mastitis,when used at 15 g per cow per day for 7 days.The results showed that Yinhuang soluble powder had a good therapeutic effect on recessive mastitis in dairy cows,and the recommended clinical dose was 15g per cow per day for 7 days.
