摘　　要：毛滴虫病是由毛滴虫科不同属毛滴虫感染引起的一类原虫病,毛滴虫感染的普遍性和严重的致病性不但危害人类健康,同时也给养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失。快速准确诊断毛滴虫病对该病的早期防治起到关键作用,近年对毛滴虫病的诊断技术研究较多,主要包括临床诊断和实验室诊断,实验室诊断又包括镜检法、培养法、分子生物学方法以及血清学方法等,但不同的诊断技术有一定的差异。论文主要针对毛滴虫病不同诊断技术的研究和适用性进行综述,为毛滴虫病的诊断和防控提供理论参考。Trichomoniasis is a kind of protozoon diseases caused by species of different genus in Trichomonadidae.The widespread epidemic and serious pathogenicity of trichomonads seriously threat human health,and cause huge economic losses to the breeding industry.Rapid and accurate diagnosis of trichomoniasis plays a key role in the early prevention and treatment of the disease.At present,the diagnostic techniques for trichomoniasis have been greatly developed,including clinical diagnosis and laboratory diagnosis.Laboratory diagnostic techniques include microscopy,culture,molecular biology and serological methods,but there are some differences between different diagnostic techniques.Therefore,this paper reviews the advanced research progress of different diagnostic techniques for trichomoniasis,aiming to provide theoretical guidance for accurate diagnosis,prevention and control of trichomoniasis.
