宠物猫耳螨感染情况调查与药物治疗试验

摘　　要：耳痒螨是宠物猫的一种常见寄生虫,可以引发外耳炎以及其他并发症,严重影响宠物猫的健康。旨在调查宠物猫耳螨的感染情况,同时进行药物治疗试验,为该病的防治提供参考。调查的145只猫均来自四川成都某猫舍,对疑似耳螨病例进行耳垢采样和病原学鉴定,详细记录品种、性别和年龄等信息。同时,扩增采集的耳螨虫体COX1和ITS2序列,并且进行测序和对比分析。随机挑选30只耳螨病确诊病例,用大宠爱与海乐妙对患病猫进行了治疗效果试验。调查发现该猫舍耳螨病感染率为55.9%,其中母猫耳螨病感染率远高于公猫,不同品种猫中加菲猫耳螨病感染率最高,相比于其他年龄的猫,幼龄猫更易感。扩增测序的COX1和ITS2序列和耳痒螨已知序列相似性均高于99%,治疗试验结果显示,大宠爱对猫耳螨病的治疗效果优于海乐妙。Otodectes cynotis is a common parasite of cats,which can cause otitis externa and other complications,seriously affecting the health of cats.The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of O.cynoyis infestations,and to carry out drug comparison treatment to provide a data basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease.The 145 cats were from a cat house in Chengdu,Sichuan province.Earwax sampling and etiological identification of suspected cases were carried out,and species,gender and age in cats were recorded in detail.Also,the COX1 and ITS2 of collected mites were amplified,and sequenced and compared.30 confirmed cases were randomly selected,and the therapeutic effects were compared with Revolution and Hailemiao.This survey found that the infection rate was 55.9%,among which the infection rate of female cats was much higher than that of male cats,and the infection rate of Garfield was the highest among cats of different breeds,compared with cats of other ages,young cats are more susceptible.The similarity between the sequenced COX1 and ITS2 sequences and the reported sequences were all higher than 99%,indicating that samples were Otodectes cynotis.The comparative treatment results showed that in the short-term treatment,the treatment effect of Revolution was better.
