摘 要:采用数值模拟技术对重介质浅槽分选机的内部流场进行模拟,研究浅槽水平流不同角度对流场内部环境的影响,通过探究水平介质流进入槽体的最佳角度以及改变水平速度,找出重介浅槽适合较低分选下限。结果表明,水平介质流以40°角给入时,槽体内部的流场较为稳定,更加适合煤炭分选;颗粒粒度下限在8 mm,其他条件保持稳定时,水平流速度为0.22 m/s,竖直流速-0.185 m/s,分离效果较好。By using numerical simulation technology to simulate the internal flow field of the dense medium shallow trough separator,the influence of different angles of the shallow trough horizontal flow on the internal environment of the flow field was studied,the optimal angle of the horizontal medium entering the trough was explored,and the lower separation limit was found by changing the horizontal speed.The results show that when the horizontal medium is 40,the flow field inside the tank is more stable and more suitable for coal separation.When the lower limit of particle size is 8mm and other conditions remain stable,the horizontal flow velocity is(0.22,-0.185),which provides a theoretical basis for the design and stable operation of dense medium shallow tank separator.
