摘 要:针对红树梁煤矿原煤破碎系统产品粒度超限,造成后续动筛排矸系统频繁卡堵的问题,结合现场选煤工艺系统现状及安装空间条件,设计开发了SSC900外旋式齿辊分级破碎机;介绍了其结构特点、关键技术及现场应用效果;应用结果表明,外旋式齿辊破碎机实际处理量可达1200~1400 t/h,破碎效率高,破碎后物料无超限粒度排出,运转平稳可靠,后续排矸系统卡堵问题得到了有效解决,满足了现场生产工艺要求。In order to solve the gangue disposal problem caused by excessive particle size of raw coal crushing system in Hongshuliang Coal mine,SSC900 type sizing crusher is designed based on the technology system of coal preparation and installation space.The structure,parameters,key technology and application of the machine are described in detail.The practice shows that the actual production capacity of the reverse rotation sizing crusher can reach 1200~1400 t/h,and the crushing efficiency is high.After crushing,the bulk of the material without excessive particle size passes through.The equipment runs stably and reliably,and the material jam problem of the removing waste rock system has been effectively solved.The performance parameters meet the site production process requirements of the coal processing plant and have achieved good application results.It provides reference for similar technical requirements.
