固定筛在平煤八矿选煤厂“降耗”中的应用实践

摘　　要：针对平煤八矿选煤厂存在的介耗偏高问题,分析了影响现场介耗指标的主要因素,介绍了一种高效预脱介设备—固定筛,并对原有预脱介弧形筛进行替换改造。应用结果表明,固定筛具有脱介效率高、运行稳定的优点,大大降低工人更换筛板频率的同时,生产吨煤介耗降低至0.6 kg以内,经济效益显著。In view of the problem of high media consumption in the coal washing plant of No.8 Coal Mine,the main factors affecting the field mesial consumption index are analyzed,and an efficient pre-mediation equipment-fixed screen is introduced in this paper.The original de-media arc screen is replaced and reformed by a fixed screen.The application results show that the fixed screen has the advantages of high disconnection efficiency and operation stablility,greatly reducing the workload of workers to replace the arc sieve panels,and reducing the production consumption of coal to less than 0.6kg,which is of significant economic benefits.
