超高压压滤机在王洼选煤厂煤泥水系统的应用

摘　　要：为了解决王洼选煤厂压滤煤泥产品水分偏高,发热量偏低,无法掺入末煤产品销售的问题,通过对煤泥压滤系统进行部分改造,选用2台STC型超高压压滤机替代现有2台快开隔膜压滤机处理煤泥,达到降低煤泥水分,提高煤泥发热量的目的。改造后,煤泥经过破碎掺入末煤产品,作为动力煤销售,销售情况良好,提高了企业经济效益的同时,也解决了煤泥滞销带来的环保问题。In order to solve the problem of high moisture content and low calorific value in the press filtration slime products of Wangwa Coal Preparation Plant,which cannot be mixed with pulverized coal products for sale,the press filtration equipment was modified and replaced,and STC ultra-high pressure press filtration machine was selected to treat the slime,reduce the moisture content of the slime,and increase the heat of the slime.After being crushed and mixed with pulverized coal products,they were sold as power coal.The sales performance was good,increasing the economic benefits of the enterprise,It also solves the environmental problems caused by slow sales of coal slime.
