摘　　要：介绍了iFIX组态软件检测系统的报警管理机制及其主要功能,分析iFIX监测反馈信息产生的条件及监测数据的加载和事件信息采集的整个过程。将iFIX自动化监控组态软件在胶带输送机系统上位机运行画面中关于胶带输送机的保护传感器开关量的事件状态变化进行显示或者报警,实现故障发生后第一时间提醒集控操作人员,而且在画面上以颜色、图标等有效直观的显示方法将发生的报警事件和发生过的报警事件显示出来,提高了生产运行过程中运输系统的可控性和安全性。By introducing the alarm management mechanism of iFIX configuration software detection system,sorting out the main functions of iFIX alarm platform,analyzing the conditions of iFIX monitoring feedback information generation,and the whole process of monitoring data loading and event information collection.The iFIX automatic monitoring configuration software is used to display or alarm the event state changes of the protection sensor switch quantity of the belt conveyor in the running screen of the upper computer of the belt conveyor transport system,which can alert the central control operator at the first time after the failure occurs,and display the alarm events and the alarm events occurring by the effective and intuitive display methods such as color and icon on the screen.It improves the controllability and safety of transportation system during production and operation[1].
