摘  要:针对格里坪选煤厂大直径旋流器对细粒级分选效果差,致使粗精煤泥中高灰细粒级含量高的问题,对比分析了振动弧形筛与叠层高频振动细筛对粗精煤泥的脱泥效果,结果表明,格里坪选煤厂采用叠层高频振动细筛对脱泥工艺进行优化后,改善了脱泥效果,降低了粗精泥灰分,取得了显著的技术和经济效果。On account of the poor effect of large diameter cyclone on fine particle separation in Geliping Coal Preparation Plant,the problem of high ash fine grade content in coarse and fine coal slime is caused.According to the comparative and analysis of the desliming effect between vibrating arc screen and laminated high frequency vibrating fine screen on coarse and fine coal slime,the result shows that,after optimizing the desliming process by using laminated high frequency vibration fine screen in Geliping coal preparation plant,the desliming effect has been improved,the crude fine mud ash has been reduced,remarkable technical and economic effects have been achieved.
