摘 要:介绍了东露天选煤厂的分选工艺流程,分析了重介浅槽分选过程中存在的原煤泥化严重、介质流量比例偏差、矸石分料不均、悬浮液回收滞后等问题,为提升重介浅槽分选机的分选效率,进行了一系列优化改造,拟定了浅槽悬浮液的密度(悬浮液的质量),改善了刮板布料分布,改造后大幅度提高了重介浅槽分选机的分选效率,减少了动力消耗,保证了重介质分选系统的稳定性、持续性。This paper introduces the separation process flow of Donglutian Coal Preparation Plant,and analyzes the problems existing in the process of dense medium shallow trough separation,such as serious slimming of raw coal,deviation of medium flow ratio,uneven distribution of gangue,delayed recovery of suspension,etc.,which carries out a series of optimization and transformation to improve the sorting efficiency of the dense-medium shallow-slot separation machine,formulates the density of shallow slot suspension(suspension quality)in a targeted manner and improves the distribution of slimming grading screen fabric.The optimization and transformation have significantly improved the separation efficiency of the dense media separator,reduced power consumption,ensured the stability and sustainability of the separation system of the dense media.
