摘  要:骶髂关节脱位是一种不稳定的骨盆环损伤,关节周围复杂的解剖结构和骶骨畸形的存在使手术更具挑战性。随着研究的进展,许多新兴技术被用于骶髂关节脱位的外科治疗,但目前尚未提出系统公认的治疗方案,而且固定方法采用的手术入路众多,了解不同手术入路可揭示的解剖范围和潜在的并发症有助于选择最佳的手术入路。本文旨在从骶髂关节脱位的分类、每种入路的暴露范围及适应症为手术入路的选择提供策略,并总结入路相关并发症的避免方法以最大程度减少并发症的发生。Sacroiliac joint dislocation is an unstable pelvic ring injury.The complex anatomy surrounding the joint and the presence of sacral deformity make surgery more challenging.As research progresses,many emerging techniques are used in the surgical management of sacroiliac joint dislocation,but no systematic accepted treatment protocol has been proposed.Moreover,many surgical approaches are used for fixation,so it is essential to understand the extent of anatomy that can be revealed and the possible complications associated with different surgical approaches.This article aimed to provide a strategy for selecting the best surgical approach based on the classification of sacroiliac jiont dislocation,the extent of exposure,and indications for each approach.Furthermore,it summarized methods to minimize complications and maximize patient safety.
