摘　　要：黄芪被称为“补药之长”,功能补脾益气、升阳举陷,常见于补益脾、肺气的经典名方,为中医临床常用热门补气中药。随着近代对黄芪基础研究的不断深入,黄芪也被广泛应用于呼吸系统、消化系统、泌尿系统、血液系统等疾病和糖尿病及其并发症的治疗,然而有关黄芪的新近药理学研究尚无系统综述,因此,本文查阅近年来黄芪的基础研究和临床研究相关文献,对黄芪的现代药理作用研究进展做一综述,以期从现代医学的角度解读中药黄芪传统认知,进而为黄芪的基础研究和临床应用提供参考。Astragalus membranaceus,also known as“the supreme tonic herb”,its function is to tonify the spleen and Qi,raise yang energy,and lift sinking.It is commonly found in classic prescriptions for tonifying the spleen and lung Qi,making it a popular traditional Chinese medicine for Qi tonification in clinical practice.With the deepening of modern research on Astragalus membranaceus,it has been widely used in the treatment of respiratory,digestive,urinary,and blood system diseases,as well as diabetes and its complications.However,there is currently no systematic review of the recent pharmacological research on Astragalus membranaceus.Therefore,this article reviewed recent literature on the basic and clinical research of Astragalus membranaceus,summarizing the research progress of its modern pharmacological effects.The aim was to interpret the traditional understanding of Astragalus membranaceus from the perspective of modern medicine and provide a reference for its basic research and clinical application.
