摘　　要：以京哈高速公路绥中(冀辽界)至盘锦段(以下简称沈山高速改扩建段)改扩建工程交通组织为背景,通过分析保通状态下交通组织的基本情况,提出在保障高速公路服务质量和水平不降低的情况下,交通调流方案中存在的重难点问题及相关保障措施,确保沈山高速公路改扩建项目顺利实施。Taking the traffic organization of the Suizhong(Hebei Liaoning border)to Panjin section(hereinafter referred to as the Shenshan expressway reconstruction and expansion section)of the Beijing-Harbin expressway as the background,the basic situation of traffic organization under the condition of ensuring the smooth operation is analyzed,and the key and difficult problems in the traffic flow regulation scheme as well as relevant guarantee measures are put forward under the condition of ensuring not to reduce the service quality and level of the expressway,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the Shenshan expressway reconstruction and expansion project.
