摘 要:目前,高炉煤气精脱硫研究主要集中于硫化物的脱除工艺,而对硫化物的生成机理研究较少。利用FactSage热力学软件和实验手段建立C-SO_(2)反应体系,考察物质的量之比和温度等对羰基硫(COS)生成浓度的影响,揭示焦炭中含硫物质转化为COS的生成机理。热力学计算及试验结果表明:(1)在碳过量条件下,COS在中低温下更易生成,500℃左右生成量达到峰值,高温下COS不能稳定存在;(2)入炉焦炭在高炉中上部会析出少量的含硫物质,其大部分硫元素主要以二硫化碳(CS_(2))、一硫化碳(CS)和硫蒸气(S_(2))形式进入炉腹煤气;(3)在煤气上升降温过程中,穿过软熔带的大部分含硫物质通过复杂反应转化为COS后进入炉顶煤气。Currently,the research on the fine desulfurization of blast furnace gas is mainly focused on the removal of sulfide,but the formation mechanism of sulfide is less studied.In this work,the reaction system of C-SO_(2) was established by utilizing the FactSage thermodynamic software and experimental methods,and the effects of mole ratio and temperature on the formation concentration of carbonyl sulfide(COS)were investigated,and the reaction behaviors of sulfur inside the coke and the formation mechanism of COS in blast furnace were revealed.The results of the thermodynamic calculation and the experiments showed that it is easier for COS to be generated at low-medium temperatures while COS cannot exist stably at high temperature,and the generation amount of COS reaches a peak at approximately 500 C under the condition of excessive carbon.A small amount of sulfur elements inside the coke will be volatilized in the form of H_(2)S in the middle and upper part of the blast furnace,while most of the sulfur elements inside the coke after reaction in the tuyere zone are mainly in the form of carbon disulfide(CS_(2)),carbon sulfide(CS)and sulfur vapor(S_(2))into the hearth gas.During the rising process of gas,the temperature of gas is gradually decreased,and most of the sulphur-containing substances are transformed into COS through complex reaction and finally enter the top gas.
