造价信息调差法在水利工程造价中的应用研究

摘　　要：原材料价格上涨推动水利工程造价过程中材料价差的调整,造价信息调差法因其不可替代的优势被水利工程广泛采用,本文以某水资源配置工程主要建筑材料价差实际调整为例对造价信息调差法具体应用进行探讨。实践证明,严格规定合理的调差范围、调差内容、调差风险幅度取值、调差基础价格、调差计算公式、调差周期等,是调差工作顺利进行的保障;对工程主要材料价差进行调整,可以保障工程建设质量与安全,推进项目顺利实施。The price rise of raw materials promotes the adjustment of material price difference in the cost process of water conservancy projects.The cost information adjustment method has its irreplaceable advantages and is widely used in water conservancy projects.Taking the actual adjustment of the price difference of main building materials in water resources allocation projects in northern Hubei as an example,the specific application of the cost information adjustment method is discussed.Practice has proved that strict regulation of reasonable adjustment range,adjustment content,adjustment risk amplitude value,adjustment basic price,adjustment calculation formula,adjustment period,etc.,is the guarantee of smooth adjustment work;Adjusting the price difference of the main materials can guarantee the quality and safety of the project construction and promote the smooth implementation of the project.
