摘 要:目的 了解广州市环境污水中脊髓灰质炎病毒(Poliovirus, PV)和非脊髓灰质炎肠道病毒(Non-polio enterovirus, NPEV)现状。方法 选择广州市某污水处理厂于2018-2021年每月采集环境污水样本,进行PV和NPEV分离和血清型鉴定,分析血清型构成。结果 在2018-2021年192份环境污水样本中共分离到299株PV和505株NPEV。在PV分离株中,PV1、PV2、PV3血清型分别为80株(26.76%)、0株(0.00%)、219株(73.24%);1株PV3为疫苗衍生PV(Vaccine-derived poliovirus, VDPV),其他均为疫苗株,其中3株PV3和1株PV1为疫苗高变异PV(Vaccine hypervariable poliovirus, VHPV)。在NPEV分离株中,E11、CVB5和CVB3血清型分别为210株(41.58%)、88株(17.43%)和88株(17.43%)。结论 2018-2021年广州市环境污水中未发现野生型PV和PV2血清型,NPEV优势血清型为E11、CVB5和CVB3。Objective To describe polioviruses(PV)and non-polio enteroviruses(NPEV)found in Guangzhou city sewage.Methods We selected one sewage disposal plant in Guangzhou and collected monthly sewage samples during 2018 to 2021.We isolated and serotyped PV and NPEV strains to determine serotype proportions.Results In total,299 PV strains and 505 NPEV strains were isolated from 192 environmental sewage samples during the study period.Among PVs,80(26.76%),0(0.00%),and 219(73.24%)were PV1,PV2,and PV3 serotypes,respectively;one PV3 was a vaccine-derived poliovirus(VDPV)and the rest were vaccine strains,in which three PV3 and one PV1 were vaccine hypervariable poliovirus(VHPV).Among NPEV strains,210(41.58%),88(17.43%),and 88(17.43%)were E11,CVB5,and CVB3.Conclusions No wild PVs or PV2s were found in environmental sewage of Guangzhou during 2018 to 2021.The predominant NPEV serotypes were E11,CVB5,and CVB3.
