摘　　要：目的 评估2020年湖北省健康人群麻疹和风疹抗体阳性率。方法 采用分层多阶段整群随机抽样方法抽取湖北省6个县(市、区)8个社区1-69岁常住人口,采集血清标本,检测麻疹和风疹IgG抗体,分析抗体阳性率。结果 在4 588名调查对象中,麻疹、风疹IgG抗体总阳性率分别为92.61%、92.63%。1-2岁、3-4岁、5-9岁、10-14岁、15-19岁、20-39岁、40-69岁麻疹抗体阳性率分别为91.81%、88.89%、87.00%、87.15%、90.94%、94.68%、94.62%,风疹抗体阳性率分别为94.15%、95.79%、96.28%、90.93%、90.94%、94.21%、91.62%。结论 湖北省健康人群麻疹和风疹抗体阳性率总体处于高水平,以青少年略低。需继续保持适龄儿童2剂次含麻疹和风疹成分疫苗高覆盖率。Objective To evaluate measles and rubella antibody levels among healthy people in Hubei province in 2020.Methods We used a stratified multi-stage cluster random sampling method to select local people 1-69 years of age from 8 communities in 6 counties/districts of Hubei.We collected serum samples and tested sera for measles and rubella IgG antibodies to determine seropositivity.Results Among the 4588 subjects,overall positivity rates of measles and rubella IgG antibodies were 92.61%and 92.63%,respectively.For 1-2-,3-4-,5-9-,10-14-,15-19-,20-39-,and 40-69-year-olds,positivity rates of measles antibody were 91.81%,88.89%,87.00%,87.15%,90.94%,94.68%,and 94.62%;positivity rates of rubella antibody were 94.15%,95.79%,96.28%,90.93%,90.94%,94.21%,and 91.62%.Conclusions Measles and rubella seropositivity was generally high among healthy people of Hubei,although seropositivity rates were slightly lower in adolescents.We should maintain high coverage with 2 doses of measles and rubella containing vaccines in age-eligible children.
