湖南省2019-2021年出生儿童无细胞百白破联合疫苗常规免疫延迟和脱漏现状

摘　　要：目的 分析湖南省适龄儿童无细胞百白破联合疫苗(Diphtheria, tetanus, and acellular pertussis combined vaccine, DTaP)常规免疫延迟和脱漏现状。方法 通过湖南省免疫规划信息系统收集2019-2021年出生儿童预防接种个案信息,描述性分析1-3剂次DTaP(DTaP_(1)、DTaP_(2)和DTaP_(3))迟种比例以及DTaP_(2)和DTaP_(3)脱漏率。结果 湖南省2019-2021年出生儿童DTaP_(1)、DTaP_(2)、DTaP_(3)总迟种比例分别为36.77%、49.94%、61.83%,其中东部、中部、西部地区DTaP_(1)迟种比例分别为33.86%、36.89%、41.50%,DTaP_(2)迟种比例分别为48.45%、48.41%、54.81%,DTaP3迟种比例分别为61.88%、59.30%、65.62%。DTaP_(2)、DTaP_(3)总脱漏率分别为5.52%、8.82%,其中东部、中部、西部地区DTaP_(2)漏种率分别为5.30%、6.42%、4.46%,DTaP_(3)漏种率分别为8.21%、10.13%、7.79%。结论 湖南省适龄儿童DTaP迟种比例相对较高且存在一定脱漏;需加强儿童预防接种服务精细化管理和及时查漏补种工作。Objective To explore delay and drop-out rates of routine immunization with diphtheria,tetanus,and acellular pertussis combined vaccine(DTaP)among age-eligible children in Hunan province.Methods We obtained data on DTaP vaccination of children born in 2019-2021 from the Hunan Immunization Program Information System.We described proportions with vaccination delay for three doses of DTaP(DTaP_(1),DTaP_(2),and DTaP_(3))and drop-out rates for DTaP_(2) and DTaP_(3).Results DTaP_(1),DTaP_(2),and DTaP_(3) vaccination delay rates were 36.77%,49.94%,and 61.83%,respectively.In eastern,central,and western regions,DTaP_(1) delay rates were 33.86%,36.89%,and 41.50%;DTaP_(2) delay rates were 48.45%,48.41%,and 54.81%;DTaP_(3) delay rates were 61.88%,59.30%,and 65.62%.Overall DTaP 2 and DTaP_(3) drop-out rates were 5.52% and 8.82%.In eastern,central,and western regions,DTaP_(2) drop-out rates were 5.30%,6.42%,and 4.46% and DTaP_(3) drop-out rates were 8.21%,10.13%,and 7.79%.Conclusions Delay of DTaP vaccination was high among age-eligible children in Hunan,and drop-out from dose 1 to dose 2 and dose 2 to dose 3 were significant.We should refine childhood immunization services and enhance timely catch-up vaccination.
