摘　　要：云南有九大高原湖泊(滇池、洱海、抚仙湖、程海、泸沽湖、杞麓湖、星云湖、阳宗海和异龙湖),是国家西南生态安全屏障的重要组成部分。全面分析了九大高原湖泊水质现状、保护与治理成效、资源环境承载能力,剖析了九大高原湖泊个性和共性中的一些痛点问题,就平衡处理好湖泊保护与流域发展的关系,提出了进一步完善湖泊高水平保护与高质量发展的政策措施建议。Yunnan Province is home to nine major plateau lakes,including the Dianchi Lake,the Erhai Lake,the Fuxian Lake,the Chenghai Lake,the Lugu Lake,the Qilu Lake,the Xingyun Lake,the Yangzonghai Lake,and the Yilong Lake,which constitute a crucial component of China’s southwestern ecological security barrier.This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the current water quality,protection and management efforts,and environmental resource carrying capacity of these nine plateau lakes.It also addresses specific challenges and common issues associated with these lakes.To strike a balance between lake preservation and basin development,a set of policy measures and recommendations are proposed to further enhance the high-level protection and high-quality development of these lakes.
