摘  要:以8个襄阳大头菜高代优良自交系为试材,按Griffing完全双列杂交法配制出56个杂交组合,对其6个品质性状和15个农艺性状的平均杂种优势进行初步研究,再选取9个主要性状进行灰色关联度分析,选出与理想品种最接近的4个杂交组合。试验结果表明,叶长、叶柄长、单株总质量、单根鲜质量、667 m^(2)产量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量、硝酸盐含量、纤维素含量均表现正向杂种优势,叶宽、叶柄宽、VC含量、含水量均表现负向杂种优势;等权关联度排序结果表明,杂交组合3-2×8-5、9-1×2-2、8-5×19-3、4-3×19-3的综合表现最为优良。Using 8 superior inbred lines of Xiangyang root mustard as the materials,56 hybrid combinations were made according to Griffing complete diallel cross method.The average heterosis of 6 quality traits and 15 agronomic traits were preliminarily studied,and 9 main traits were selected for grey correlation degree analysis,and 4 hybrid combinations closest to the ideal cultivar were selected.The results showed that the leaf length,petiole length,total weight of single plant,fresh weight of single root,yield of 667 m^(2),soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,nitrate content and cellulose content all showed positive heterosis.While leaf width,petiole width,VC content,water content all showed negative heterosis.The results of equal weight correlation ranking showed that the comprehensive performance of hybrid combinations 3-2×8-5,9-1×2-2,8-5×19-3,4-3×19-3 was the best.
