摘 要:军事法律法规对战场军事行动意义重大,而查阅文本的方式已无法满足辅助决策需要,传统知识图谱三元组知识表达能力有限、层次性弱,难以适用于结构严谨、层次鲜明、语言精炼、语义丰富的军事法律法规。针对上述问题,设计了军事法律法规元知识网络构建的一般方法,将文档结构信息融入元知识网络,改善了传统知识图谱层次感不强、邻接关系弱化的缺陷,可对问答结果形成完整解释,从而更好地为指挥员提供军事决策辅助。Military laws and regulations are of great significance to military operations on the battlefield,but the way of consulting the text can not meet the demand of decision-making assistance.Triple knowledge expression ability in traditional knowledge graphs is limited,and the hierarchy is weak,so it is difficult to apply to military laws and regulations,which have rigid compact and wellorganized structure,clear hierarchy,refined language and rich semantics.In view of the above problems,the general method of constructing the metaknowledge network of military laws and regulations is designed,and the document structure information is integrated into the metaknowledge network,which improves weak hierarchy and weak adjacency of the traditional knowledge graph,and can form the complete explanations of the question answering results,so as to better provide military decision-making assistance for commanders.
