摘　　要：本文为总结黄贵华教授应用桃核承气汤辨治蓄血证的临床经验,通过分析其临床运用桃核承气汤的诊疗思路,发现黄教授将桃核承气汤主要运用于太阳膀胱蓄血证,但并不局限于单一病种,若辨证论治得当,审明病因病机,即可异病同治。黄教授应用桃核承气汤临床疗效堪佳,值得分享,故选取产后腹痛、便血、中风后遗症等典型医案3例进行论述,为临床论治提供新的治疗经验。This article summarized Professor Huang Guihua's clinical experience in applying Taohe Chengqi Decoction in differentiating and treating blood accumulation syndrome.By analyzing Professor Huang's diagnostic and therapeutic approach using Taohe Chengqi Decoction,it was observed that he primarily employs this formula for the treatment of blood accumulation syndrome in the Taiyang bladder meridian.However,this approach is not limited to a single disease category.With proper syndrome differentiation and appropriate treatment,diverse diseases can be treated using the same principle after clarifying the etiology and pathogenesis.Professor Huang's clinical application of Taohe Chengqi Decoction has shown remarkable efficacy,making it worth sharing.Therefore,three typical cases,including postpartum abdominal pain,rectal bleeding,and sequelae of stroke,were selected for discussion,providing new treatment experience for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
