自拟复方红花油对糖尿病足溃疡患者证候评分及炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨自拟复方红花油在糖尿病足溃疡患者中的治疗效果。方法 选取济宁市中医院2021年2月—2022年8月诊治的98例糖尿病足溃疡患者,依据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组各49例。对照组给予控制血糖、抗感染等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用自拟复方红花油治疗。两组均以2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、炎症因子水平、不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(93.88%)高于对照组(79.59%,P <0.05);治疗前,两组中医证候评分、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组各项中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P <0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P <0.01);治疗后,两组ESR、CRP、PCT水平均较治疗前降低(P <0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P <0.05);两组不良反应相当,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 自拟复方红花油在糖尿病足溃疡患者的治疗中效果确切,能够降低炎症因子水平,缓解患者的各项临床症状,且无严重不良反应,安全可行,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of a self-prepared Fufang Honghua Oil in patients with diabetic foot ulcers.Methods Ninety-eight patients with diabetic foot ulcers treated at Jining Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2021 to August 2022 were enrolled and divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatments including blood sugar control and anti-infection measures,while the observation group received the self-prepared Fufang Honghua Oil in addition to the routine treatments.Each group underwent two treatment courses,each lasting for two weeks.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,levels of inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.88%,higher than 79.59%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in TCM syndrome scores,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),and procalcitonin(PCT)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores in both groups were reduced compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,ESR,CRP,and PCT levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions were comparable between the two groups,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The self-prepared Fufang Honghua Oil has definite therapeutic effects in patients with diabetic foot ulcers.It can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,alleviate various clinical symptoms,and has no serious adverse reactions.It is safe and feasible for clinical application and deserves further promotion.
