摘　　要：弱精子症(AS)病因复杂、病程绵长、迁延难愈,给男性的身心健康带来极其严重的危害。在诊治AS的过程中,引入中医健康管理的理念,有利于提高患者对该病的认知水平,加强医患间信息沟通,提高治疗效果。基于AS的临床特点,结合中医健康管理的服务模式,初步探讨该病在健康档案建立、健康状态辨识、疾病风险预警、健康干预、效果评价等流程中的具体实施方案,构建该病的中医健康管理框架,以改善现存的患者认知不够、疾病反复、迁延难愈、医患沟通障碍等问题,为患者康复创造有利条件。Asthenospermia(AS)is complex in etiology,prolonged in course,and difficult to treat,posing significant risks to the physical and mental health of males.Introducing the concept of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health management into the diagnosis and treatment of AS can enhance patient awareness of this disease,improve doctor-patient communication,and enhance treatment outcomes.Based on the clinical characteristics of AS and utilizing the service model of TCM health management,this study preliminarily explored specific implementation strategies for various processes such as establishing health profiles,identifying health status,predicting disease risks,conducting health interventions,and evaluating outcomes.This framework aimed to improve existing issues such as insufficient patient awareness,recurrent conditions,prolonged recovery,and communication barriers,thus creating favorable conditions for patient rehabilitation.
