摘　　要：针刺蝶腭神经节疗法由李新吾教授首创并应用于治疗鼻部疾病。随着临床推广,针刺蝶腭神经节现在已经广泛应用于变应性鼻炎、干眼症、耳鸣、耳聋、紧张性头痛、顽固性面瘫等头面五官疾病,为耳鼻咽喉科常用治疗方法。具有选穴少、治疗次数少、操作简便、成本低、见效快、疗效显著及安全性好等优点,临床上常联合各种疗法以增强疗效,并通过临床实践对本方法进行改良。本文将对蝶腭神经节解剖、作用机制,针刺方法和临床研究现状进行一综述,为临床治疗多系统疾病及未来研究方向提供科学依据。Acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion was developed by Professor Li Xinwu for treating nasal diseases.With the clinical promotion,this therapy has been widely used to treat allergic rhinitis,xerophthalmia,tinnitus,deafness,tension headache,intractable facial paralysis and other head and facial features diseases,being commonly used in the department of otorhinolaryngology.This therapy needs only a few acupoints and treatment times and has simple operation,low costs,quick and remarkable therapeutic effects,and good safety.Therefore,it is often combined with other therapies to enhance the therapeutic effect and has been improved during the application in clinical practice.This study summarizes the anatomical basis and mechanism of sphenopalatine ganglion,introduces the acupuncture methods of sphenopalatine ganglion,and reviews the clinical research progress in this therapy,aiming to provide a basis for clinical treatment of multi-system diseases and acupuncture improvement.
