锥栗农家品种‘油榛’栽培群体的性状变异及选择

摘  要:为探究‘油榛’栽培群体不同个体间的变异情况,筛选优良单株。以福建省建瓯市农家品种‘油榛’30株个体为材料,对其进行农艺性状和栗疫病抗性的测定,进一步作变异分析、方差分析、相关性分析,并对主要性状进行标准化排序,评选优良单株。结果表明:各性状平均变异系数介于6.02%~21.28%之间,坚果高度变异系数最小,果苞厚变异系数最大。方差分析表明各性状都存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)差异。经标准化排序最终筛选出果实品质优良单株为YZ7、YZ19、YZ28、YZ21、YZ4,抗病性优良单株为YZ5、YZ30。农家品种‘油榛’栽培群体变异丰富,选择潜力较大,研究结果可为锥栗丰产优质新品种选育提供参考。The aim of this study was to explore the variation among different individuals in a cultivated population of Castanea henryi‘Youzhen’and to select the best individuals.Thirty individuals of the cultivated‘Youzhen’population in Jian’ou City,Fujian Province were used as the study materials;the important economic traits and resistance to chestnut blight were measured;and variation,variance,and correlation analyses were conducted.The main traits were standardized and sorted,and the best individuals were selected.The results showed that the average coefficient of variation of each trait ranged from 6.02% to 21.28%;the coefficients of variation of nut height and fruit bract were the smallest and largest,respectively.The results of the analysis of variance showed significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01)differences in the measured traits.After standardized sorting,the excellent fruit-quality trees were found to be YZ7,YZ19,YZ28,YZ21,and YZ4;the disease-resistant trees were YZ5 and YZ30.The cultivated‘Youzhen’population shows rich variation and substantial selection potential.Our study provides a reference for the breeding of new high-yield and high-quality varieties.
