摘 要:为了揭示加劲板式橡胶垫在半铁球冲击下的力学性能,分别进行了200、300、400 mm高度下的加劲板式橡胶垫冲击试验,得到了半铁球加速度时程曲线和加劲板式橡胶垫底部反力时程曲线。试验结果表明:落体加速度呈现一种快速升高后迅速降低、并经过有限波动后恢复初始值(-1 g)的脉冲形式。基于试验结果,采用Logistic函数拟合了不同冲击高度下的加劲板式橡胶垫底部应力分布公式。为了检验拟合公式的可靠性以及探索半铁球-加劲板式橡胶垫动态相互作用规律,基于ABAQUS模型,模拟了不同高度冲击过程中加劲板式橡胶垫底部反力的变化规律,有限元结果表明:有限元和试验二者的半铁球加速度和加劲板式橡胶垫底部反力分布时程曲线吻合较好,加劲板式橡胶垫传递给下部结构的力约为冲击力的15%。In order to reveal the mechanical properties of stiffened plate rubber pad under the impact of semi-iron ball,the impact tests of stiffened plate rubber pad at 200,300,400 millimeter height were carried out,respectively.The time curves of acceleration of semi-iron ball and reaction force distribution at the bottom of stiffened plate rubber pad were obtained.The experimental results show that the acceleration of falling body takes the form of a rapid increase followed by a rapid decrease and a return to the initial value(-1 g)after limited fluctuations.Based on the test results,the stress distribution formula of stiffened plate rubber pad under different impact heights was fitted by Logistic function.In order to test the reliability of the fitting formula and explore the dynamic interaction law between semi-iron ball and stiffened plate rubber pad,the changing law of the bottom reaction force of stiffened plate rubber pad during impact at different height was simulated based on ABAQUS model.The results of finite element analysis show that the acceleration of falling body is in good agreement with the time curve of the bottom reaction force distribution of the stiffened plate rubber pad.The force transferred to the substructure by the stiffened plate type rubber pad is about 15%of the impact force.
