摘 要:以提高永磁同步电机(PMSM)输出转矩,降低齿槽转矩、转矩脉动为目标,提出了一种转子采用Halbach-偏心磁极的9槽10极分数槽集中绕组PMSM。建立了PMSM电磁场模型,研究了不等厚磁极偏心距、Halbach径向充磁磁极所占的圆周角度对电机性能的影响规律。针对电机优化目标彼此之间相互制约的特点,基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法对电机参数进行多目标优化,优化后的电机平均输出转矩提升了8.4%,转矩脉动降低了62.2%,齿槽转矩降低了46.2%,为PMSM的结构优化奠定了一定的基础。In order to improve the output torque of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)and reduce the cogging torque and torque ripple,a 9-slot 10-pole fractional slot centralized winding PMSM with Halbach-eccentric pole rotor was proposed.The PMSM electromagnetic field model was established,and the influence of the eccentricity of unequal thickness magnetic poles and the circumference angle occupied by Halbach radial magnetizing magnetic poles on the motor performance were studied.In view of the mutual restriction between motor optimization objectives,multi-objective optimization of motor parameters was carried out based on NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm.After optimization,the average output torque of the motor was increased by 8.4%,the torque ripple was reduced by 62.2%,and cogging the torque was reduced by 46.2%,which lays a certain foundation for the structural optimization of PMSM.
