摘 要:以层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)作为载体,采用机械混合法将催化活性物质负载于LDHs表面,制备了碱式碳酸铜/NiAl-LDHs层状复合催化剂。以亚甲基蓝为降解物,研究了碱式碳酸铜,NiAl-LDHs和复合后样品的类芬顿反应活性。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜等方法分析了复合物的结构和形貌、复合材料中碱式碳酸铜和NiAl-LDHs界面结合方式,研究复合催化剂制备方法、界面结合方式等对其催化性能的影响。实验结果表明:复合催化剂中碱式碳酸铜和NiAl-LDHs以片/片界面方式结合;碱式碳酸铜/NiAl-LDHs层状材料作为催化剂时反应速率增加,表现出最佳的催化活性;催化反应2 min后亚甲基蓝完全脱色,反应速率常数为1.367 min^(-1)。最后,结合亚甲基蓝降解反应动力学阐释了降解机理。In this paper,a layered composite catalyst of alkaline copper carbonate/NiAl-LDHs was prepared by loading catalytically active substances onto the surface of layered double hydroxides(LDHs).The Fenton-like performance of basic copper carbonate,NiAl-LDHs and the composites on methylene blue were studied.The structure,morphology and the interface contact between basic copper carbonate and LDHs of the composite were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.The effects of preparation method and the interface contact on the Fenton-like performance of the composite were studied.The experimental results show that layer-by-layer interface contact was formed between basic copper carbonate and LDHs.The reaction rate increased when basic copper carbonate/LDHs layered composites was adopted as the catalyst and exhibited the best Fenton-like activities.After 2 min of the reaction,methylene blue was completely decolorized,and the reaction rate constant was 1.367 min-1.Combined with methylene blue degradation reaction kinetics,the degradation mechanism was elaborated.
