摘　　要：由于新疆广播电视台民语频道的《午间新闻《》新疆新闻联播《》中央台新闻联播》等新闻热播节目,一直采用录像机热播的方式,而单一信号源播出方式具有较大的安全隐患,为了贯彻落实总局62号令的要求,确保民语新闻热播节目的播出安全,新疆广播电视台建立了一套热播节目加固系统。该系统创新地采用SONY U2驱动器以文件形式实现三倍速上载,从而实现热播新闻的服务器播出。本文介绍了整体工程改造设计思路,以兼容、开放的理念构建播出平台,从系统构建这个角度全面阐述了整个项目所涵盖的方方面面。Since the popular news programs such as“midday news”,“Xinjiang news broadcast”and“CCTV news broadcast”of the folk language channel of Xinjiang Radio and Television Station have always been broadcast by video recorder,the single signal source broadcast mode has great potential safety hazards.To implement the requirements of order No.62 of State Administration and ensure the safe broadcasting of popular news programs,Xinjiang Radio and Television Station has established a set of hot broadcast program reinforcement system.The system innovatively adopts Sony U2 driver to realize triple speed upload in the form of file,so as to realize the server broadcasting of hot news.This paper introduces the design idea of the overall project transformation,and constructs the broadcasting platform with the concept of compatibility and openness.From the perspective of system construction,it comprehensively expounds all aspects covered by the whole project.
