摘　　要：江苏有线无锡分公司针对市县三级播控整合完成后的监测需求,开发了数字电视前端设备及码流调度监测系统。研究在不添加第三方监测设备、保证系统安全的前提下,立足设备自身能力,深挖设备管理信息库,利用系统自带的简单网络管理协议,重构监测逻辑,做到全链路实时监测、网元全覆盖、无监测盲点,以此来构建市县一体的安播联动新体制。JSCN Wuxi Branch has developed a digital TV front-end equipment and a bitstream scheduling and monitoring system to meet the monitoring requirements after the integration of city and county three-level broadcast control.On the premise of ensuring system security without adding third-party monitoring equipment,based on the equipment's own ability,we delve deep into the equipment management information base,reconstruct the monitoring logic by using the system's own simple network management protocol,so as to achieve full link real-time monitoring,full coverage of network elements and no monitoring blind spots,and build a new system of security broadcasting linkage integrating cities and counties.
