摘　　要：政治产自社会,伴随经济基础、社会关系、自然资源、地理空间、科学技术、自身架构、族际互动、国际交往等内外环境因素的变迁与发展,从古代社会步入现代社会,主要以现代民族国家为最高政治组织形态的样貌屹立于当今世界,发挥着治理社会、化解社会矛盾、增进国民福祉、应对外部挑战、谋求国际合作等重要作用。摆脱单纯以政治的某种“形态”、某一“现象”、某个“问题”甚或某类“系统”对政治现象加以碎片化研究之窠臼,转而尝试对包括公共价值、公共组织、公共权力、公共资源、公共空间、公共活动六大基本成分在内的政治基本架构及其内外困境予以整体性探索,或许有望为人们呈现一幅“理解政治”“认知政治”的别样图景。Politics originates from society.With the development of internal and external environmental factors,such as economic foundation,social relations,natural resources,geographical space,science and technology,self-structure of politics,ethnic interaction,and international exchanges,politics has stepped from ancient society into modern society,mainly with a form of modern nation-state as the highest political organization.Politics plays an important role in governing society,resolving social conflicts,improving national welfare,addressing external challenges,and seeking international cooperation.Getting rid of the fragmentated research on political phenomena solely based on a certain political“form”“phenomenon”“problem”oreven a certain type of“system”of politics,and instead attempting gto comprehensively explore the basic political framework and internal and external dilemmas,including the six basic components of public value,public organization,public power,public resources,public space,and public activities,may be expected to present a different prospect of f“understanding the politics”and“cognizing the politics”.
