摘  要:在0.4mol/L的H3PO4溶液中制备多孔阳极氧化铝(PAA)模板,采用扫描电子显微镜,结合ImageJ软件,分析出不同电解液中,一次阳极氧化制备的膜具有相似的表面形貌特征,即膜具表面高低不平,带有无序微孔或条纹。一次氧化决定了膜的孔间距和孔密度,随着氧化次数的增加,孔径有变小的趋势。除膜后,铝基体表面具有一定的有序性,二次氧化在此基础上进行自组织,从而大幅提高了膜的有序性。二次氧化制备的PAA膜表面和截面的孔道有序性要好于三次和四次氧化制备的PAA膜。二次乃至更多次数的氧化所制备的膜孔径都不会大于一次氧化除膜后铝基体表面凹坑孔的孔径。在0.4mol/L的H3PO4中,随着氧化电压的升高,二次阳极氧化膜孔径增大,孔密度下降。电位-时间曲线测试结果表明:随着氧化次数的提高,PAA膜的阻挡层有变厚趋势。填孔前,交流阻抗图谱上只体现PAA膜的阻挡层特性;填孔后,相位角峰变得更加明显。The porous anodic aluminum oxide(PAA)template was prepared in 0.4mol/L phosphoric acid solu-tion,and the scanning electron microscope combined with ImageJ software was used to analyze the similar sur-face morphology characteristics of the film prepared by one-step anodization in different electrolytes,that is,the surface of the film is uneven,with disordered micropores or stripes.Primary oxidation determines the pore spac-ing and pore density of the membrane.With the increase of oxidation times,the pore size tends to decrease.After the removal of the film,the surface of the aluminum substrate has a certain order,and the self-organization of the secondary oxidation on this basis greatly improves the order of the film.The pore order of the surface and cross section of the film prepared by secondary oxidation is better than that of the PAA template prepared by three and four times oxidation.The pore size of the film prepared by two or more times of oxidation is not larger than that of the pit hole on the surface of the aluminum substrate after the first oxidation.In 0.4 mol/L phosphoric acid,with the increase of oxidation voltage,the pore size of the secondary anodic oxide film increases and the pore density decreases.The potential-time curve test results show that the barrier layer of PAA film tends to thicken with the increase of oxidation times.The alternating-current impedance spectrum before pore filling only reflects the bar-rier layer characteristics of PAA film,and the phase angle peak becomes more obvious after pore filling.
