摘　　要：宫腔粘连是一种常见的妇科疾病,常由宫腔受到感染或创伤所致。月经减少、不孕以及反复流产为其最主要的临床表现。目前宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术是宫腔粘连最主要的治疗方法,但术后预防粘连复发和改善生殖结局仍是治疗中的难点问题。脂肪干细胞是从脂肪组织分离提取的一种具有多向分化潜能的间充质干细胞,近年来被广泛应用于组织的再生修复。本文旨在通过综述脂肪干细胞治疗宫腔粘连的作用机制以及研究现状,为宫腔粘连的治疗提供新思路。Intrauterine adhesion is a common gynecological condition,often caused by infection or trauma to uterine cavity.Menstruation reduction,infertility,and recurrent miscarriage are its most important clinical manifestations.Currently,hysteroscopic separation of uterine adhesion is the main treatment for uterine adhesion,but prevention of recurrence of adhesion and improvement of reproductive outcome after surgery are still difficult problems in treatment.Adipose stem cells are a kind of mesenchymal stem cells with multidirectional differentiation potential,that are extracted from adipose tissue and have been widely used for regenerative tissue repair in recent years.The purpose of this paper is to review the mechanism of action of adipose stem cells in the treatment of uterine adhesion,and the current status of research,in order to provide new ideas for treatment of uterine adhesion.
