减压塔填料腐蚀原因分析及处理措施

摘  要:某公司常减压装置加工高酸低硫原油,装置高温环烷酸腐蚀问题明显,减压塔填料发生严重腐蚀、塌陷。结合装置运行工况,对填料腐蚀的原因进行了分析。装置通过采取原油控制、优化工艺条件、高温缓蚀剂调整等措施,减缓减压塔填料的腐蚀。采用γ射线检测的方式对腐蚀塌陷的部位及面积进行确认及监控,保证装置的平稳运行。提出了减缓高温硫和环烷酸腐蚀的管理措施和材质升级建议。The high-temperature naphthenic acid corrosion problem was obvious because high-acid low-sulfur crude oil was processed in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of certain company.Severe corrosion and collapse of vacuum tower packing were found in this unit.Based on the operating conditions of the device,this paper analyzed the causes of packing corrosion.The corrosion of the vacuum tower packing was slowed down through such measures as crude oil control,optimization of process conditions and adjustment of high-temperature corrosion inhibitors.Theγ-Ray testing method was adopted to confirm and monitor the location and area of corrosion collapse so as to ensure smooth operation of the device.Then the paper proposed suggestions for management and material upgrading to mitigate high-temperature sulfur and naphthenic acid corrosion.
