离子交换工艺在长庆油田采出水水质改性中的试验研究

摘  要:长庆油田多层系开发产生的采出水水质复杂,存在不同程度不配伍的情况,为满足混合回注需求,提高回注率,针对性开展了离子交换工艺在水质改性中的试验研究,并进行了小试装置的运行试验验证。试验结果证明:经适当预处理后,采出水采用离子交换工艺,钙、镁离子可降至1 mg/L以下;经改性后层1采出水与层2采出水模拟最大结垢量为清水与层2的混合配比结垢量的60%;适当采取阻垢措施后可替代清水回注层2采油。高子交换工艺适用于不同油层、不配伍采出水的水质改性或深度处理。The quality of the produced water from the multi-layer system development in Changqing Oilfield is complicated and has different degrees of incompatibility.In order to meet the requirement of mixed re-injection and improve the re-injection rate,the experimental study of ion exchange technology in water quality modification was carried out,and so was a pilot test.The test results show that calcium and magnesium ions can be reduced to less than 1 mg/L by adopting ion exchange technology after proper pretreatment of the produced water.After the water quality modification,the simulated maximum scaling amount of produced water from layer 1 and produced water from layer 2 is 60%of the mixed ratio scaling amount of clean water mixed with produced water from layer 2.After taking appropriate scale inhibition measures,produced water from layer 1 can replace clean water to be re-injected into layer 2 for petroleum production,and the ion exchange process is applicable to water quality modification or advanced treatment of incompatible produced water from different petroleum reservoirs.
