摘 要:目的:探讨课程思政视域下基于小规模私有在线课程(SPOC)的《健康评估》线上线下混合式教学效果。方法:2020年1月—2021年12月选取2019级护理学专业本科生作为混合式教学组,以接受传统教学模式的2018级为对照组,授课结束评估两组学生成绩、满意度、健康评估观念及意见和感受。结果:混合式教学组学生总成绩为(79.76±7.82)分,高于对照组的(74.80±9.97)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.450,P<0.01);混合式教学组学生对健康评估在护理实践中重要性的认识和内涵的理解优于对照组。结论:课程思政视域下开展健康评估混合式教学实践有效但仍需进一步改进,一方面结合学生学习需求和压力开展教学改革,另一方面需要引导教师感知教学改革获益感,实现思政育人和师生双向成长。Objective:To explore the effect of online and offline mixed teaching of Health Assessment based on Small-scale Private Online Classroom(SPOC)under the ideological and political perspective of curriculum.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2021,The nursing undergraduates of grade 2019were selected as the mixed teaching group,and the nursing undergraduates in grade 2018 who accepted the traditional teaching mode were selected as the control group.The results,satisfaction,health assessment concepts,opinions and feelings of the two groups of students were evaluated after the class.Results:The total score of the mixed teaching group(79.76±7.82)was higher than that of the control group(74.80±9.97),and the difference was statistically significant(t=-4.450,P<0.01);The understanding of the importance and connotation of health assessment in the blended teaching group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions:The mixed teaching practice of health assessment in the context of ideological and political education is effective but still needs to be further improved.On the one hand,teaching reform should be carried out according to students′learning needs and pressure.On the other hand,it is necessary to guide teachers to feel the benefit of teaching reform and realize ideological and political education and two-way growth of teachers and students.
