摘  要:为了解决机组旁路系统存在的问题,进而提高电厂运行的安全性与可靠性。该文提出了基于EDPF NT+系统的SULZER旁路控制系统改造措施。首先对电厂旁路系统存在的问题进行分析,接着从控制算法、控制器、被控对象及冗余配置这4个方面分别来提出改造措施。结果表明:新旁路控制系统接入主机DCS系统,使逻辑更加完善;同时,通过冗余级联网线进行连接DEH网络交换机与DCS网络交换机,保证通信稳定;控制回路和电磁阀回路采用不同的电源进行供电。通过对改造结果进行分析,得出整个旁路系统更加安全,进而保障整个机组的安全性、经济性。In order to solve the problems existing in the bypass system of the unit and then improve the safety and reliability of the operation of the power plant,this paper puts forward modification measures for the SULZER bypass control system based on the EDPF NT+system.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the bypass system in the power plant,and then puts forward reconstruction measures from the four aspects of the control algorithm,controller,controlled object and redundant configuration.The results show that the new bypass control system is connected to the DCS system of the host,which makes the logic more perfect,that at the same time,DEH network switches and DCS network switches are connected by redundant-level networking lines to ensure stable communication,and that the control loop and solenoid valve circuit are powered by different power sources.Through the analysis of transformation results,it is concluded that the whole bypass system is safer and then ensures the safety and economy of the entire unit.
