摘 要:为了进一步推动我国工业机械自动化和智能化发展,实现机电电气控制装置运行工作的安全性和稳定性,通过引入PLC技术,在机械电气控制装置当中发挥出了至关重要的作用。基于此,该文首先针对PLC技术的应用类型进行介绍,并且对PLC技术在机械电气控制装置当中的相关作用进行阐述,同时对机械电气控制装置当中PLC技术的相关应用策略进行深入探索,充分发挥出PLC技术的使用工作优势,保证机械电气控制工作更加高效灵活,并且还可以实现自主诊断与监测等方面功能,最大程度地降低机械设备的故障率,提高机械生产工作的整体质量和效率,为后续类似工作的顺利开展提供一定的参考和借鉴。In order to further promote the automatic and intelligent development of industrial machinery in China,and realize the safety and stability of the operation of mechanical electrical control devices,PLC technology is introduced to mechanical electrical control devices and plays a vital role in them.Based on this,this paper first introduces the application types of PLC technology,expounds the relevant role of PLC technology in mechanical electrical control devices,and deeply explores the relevant application strategies of PLC technology in mechanical electrical control devices,so as to give full play to the application advantages of PLC technology,ensure that mechanical electrical control work is more efficient and flexible,achieve functions such as autonomous diagnosis and monitoring,reduce the failure rate of mechanical equipment to the greatest extent,improve the overall quality and efficiency of mechanical production,and provide certain reference and models for the smooth implementation of follow-up similar work.
